Judgment
A record of meaningful responsibility and sound decisions when the stakes are real.
Private Membership • San Francisco
Every prospective member is personally introduced by someone already inside. The club considers judgment, character, discretion, and the ability to contribute.
01 • The Standard
Membership is considered through conduct, reputation, and the strength of existing relationships.
A record of meaningful responsibility and sound decisions when the stakes are real.
Curious, generous, self-aware, and ready to contribute to the life of the club.
Good instincts about what stays private, paired with respect for the membership and its conversations.

02 • Introduction
A sponsor must know a candidate personally, believe he will contribute, and put his own reputation behind the introduction.
Selected candidates first join a small dinner with members. The table gives the club a clear sense of social fit before an invitation is considered.
The sponsor guides a new member through his first 90 days, including his first dinner, early introductions, and the culture of the club.

03 • Scale
60
04 • Contribution
Members show up, make useful introductions, share expertise, and build enough history together to trust one another's judgment.
Renewal reflects sustained contribution and whether the club would actively extend the same invitation again today.
05 • In Practice
The club works through recurring, useful acts between people who know one another well.
Some dinners begin with one difficult question. Everyone contributes, and the conversation goes somewhere unavailable in public.
Members aim to make one useful introduction each month across investors, candidates, customers, specialists, and public-sector contacts.
Members occasionally offer focused, bookable time around a subject they know deeply.
As membership grows, dedicated support handles reservations, RSVPs, scheduling, special requests, and follow-through.
Members can share investments, acquisitions, real estate, and special situations. Participation is entirely opt-in and separate from membership.
Stewards consider contribution and renewal privately, without points, leaderboards, or public scorekeeping.
06 • Away
Twice each year, the club leaves San Francisco for a nearby weekend built around private access, shared tables, and time together.
Napa is the natural starting point. Transportation, visits, dinner, and the following morning are arranged as one complete weekend.
